La habitación es bastante espaciosa,cómoda y limpia. El personal es muy amable y se encargan de realizar un buen servicio de limpieza diario,además tiene una zona en la habitación donde puedes cocinar.
El hotel muy bien, las habitaciones muy bien también, el estacionamiento muy amplio, instalaciones en general muy bien. Tiene tres tipos de habitaciones la standard, la junior suite, y la premium suite, obvio con precios diferentes, y claro con prestaciones diferentes, si van a reservar pregunten por las disponibilidad y las características para que elijan la qué más les convenga, entiendo que todas son suites, lo que implica qué tienen una pequeña cocina con estufa, minibar y un juego de trastes, cafetera, agua embotellada y café soluble de cortesía. En lo personal me volvería a hospedar en este lugar. Solo tendría un par de recomendaciones, una mejorar la secuencia de las indicaciones de la ubicación de las habitaciones (las qué están pegadas en la pared) porque es un poco confuso para encontrar la habitación qué se asigno, la otra es, creo que no estaría por demás habilitar una rampa (del nivel del estacionamiento a la recepción, ya adentro hay elevador) para subir con silla de ruedas o para las personas con problemas de movilidad en piernas y/o rodillas, fuera de eso el lugar me parece muy recomendable.

Las suites son bastante cómodas, tienen los utensilios necesarios para poder hacerse de comer. Muy limpio y con las cobijas suficientes para no pasar frío. La ubicación es excelente ya que está a unos pocos metros del centro. Yo no tuve la necesidad de sacar mi auto del estacionamiento pues todo me quedaba cerca y caminando llegaba. La atención del personal es muy amable.

Está a una calle de la terminal ADO, los chicos de recepción super amables, buena ubicación, limpieza. Yo me hospedé en una suite básica con 2 camas matrimoniales, cuenta con insumos de higiene personal básicos, balcón, el baño tiene secadora para el cabello, agua caliente en regadera y lavabo, tv con cable, teléfono, clóset, guía de números para pedir alimentos, Wifi, una pequeña sala de estar, cocineta con trastes, sillas, barra de alimentos, parrilla y microondas. Muy recomendable, unos días antes me hospedé en un Airbnb y quise hospedarme un día más y la más cercana fue Suites Teziutlán, la verdad en precio, calidad y servicio definitivamente ganó ahora ya sé dónde llegar.
